Otilia Ghenici has over 15 years of experience in business law, specializing in criminal law for the past ten years.

As an experienced white-collar crime lawyer, Otilia has assisted and represented clients in cases of tax evasion, money laundering, corruption, forgery, service-related crimes, as well as other offenses under special laws or those affecting the financial interests of the European Union.

Otilia provides legal assistance and representation before criminal investigation bodies and Romanian courts at all levels of jurisdiction, in all ordinary and extraordinary appeals, in criminal cases.

She graduated from the Law School of the University of Bucharest, where she also obtained a Master’s degree in Advanced Private Law. Subsequently, she pursued postgraduate studies in Civil Law at the same faculty.

Otilia holds a PhD in criminal procedure from the Babeș-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Law School. She is also the author of legal books and scientific articles in the field of criminal procedural law
