IOANA SOMǍCESCU

Ioana Somacescu is specialized in public international law, public procurement law, concessions, and public-private partnerships, with advanced training earned through two Master’s programs at the University of Bucharest.

Her practice encompasses complex civil and commercial litigation, public procurement matters, and intellectual property law, with a particular focus on trademark protection and enforcement.

Ioana has experience assisting and representing major corporate clients, public authorities, and public entities in civil and commercial disputes, as well as in public procurement procedures before the National Council for the Settlement of Complaints and national courts.

In the trademark field, backed by specialized training completed through the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), she offers legal assistance and representation at both national and European levels in trademark registration, assignment, and opposition proceedings.
