Ioan is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest, class of 2022. After completing his law degree, he obtained a master’s degree in Public Procurement, Concessions, Public-Private Partnerships in 2023.

Throughout his career, Ioan has gained extensive experience in civil procedural law, specializing in enforcement proceedings, including handling enforcement challenges. Additionally, his involvement in projects spanning various legal fields – such as civil law, criminal law, intellectual property law, and administrative law – has enabled him to develop a deep and flexible understanding of legal issues that may arise in day-to-day projects.

With an outgoing personality and an analytical approach, Ioan continues to enhance his knowledge in the areas of practice in which he works, consistently demonstrating attention to detail and professionalism in handling the projects entrusted to him.
