With over 15 years of experience in business law and a decade of specialization in criminal law, Otilia is a leading expert in white-collar crime. She has represented clients in high-stakes cases involving tax evasion, money laundering, corruption, forgery, and crimes affecting the financial interests of the EU. Otilia holds a PhD in Criminal Procedure from Babeș-Bolyai University and has authored several legal books and scientific articles.
