Cătălin is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Titu Maiorescu University in Bucharest and holds a master’s degree in “Judicial Career” from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest. Additionally, he has completed postgraduate studies in psychopedagogical training for teaching certification at the Faculty of Communication Sciences and International Relations at Titu Maiorescu University.
Currently, Cătălin is pursuing a Ph.D. in Criminal Procedural Law at the Doctoral School of the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, further strengthening his expertise in the field. He is also a teaching assistant in Criminal Procedural Law, passionately involved in writing academic articles, participating in legal conferences, and engaging in other scholarly activities.
